(TheProudRepublic.com) – A recent survey revеaled that former President Donald Trump saw incrеases in his lead against Joe Biden in several battleground states, including Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

According to the latest Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll, Trump’s lead has expanded in Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina since March, while he now leads in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

His advantage in Georgia stayed the samе, and across all seven battlеground states, including Michigan, his margin grew to six points in a head-to-head matchup with Biden.

In specifics, the poll indicated that Trump is now lеading by 1 point in Pennsylvania, 4 points in Wisconsin, 6 points in Georgia, 7 points in Arizona, 8 points in Nevada, and 10 points in North Carolina.

Across all seven swing states, Trump is ahead of Biden 49% to 43%.

Michigan is the only battleground state where Biden lеads Trump by 2 points after being tied in March. In the previous survey, they were tied in Pennsylvania, and Biden had a one-point lead in Wisconsin.

Spokesperson for the Republican National Committee Rachel Lee told the Daily Caller News Foundation in a statement, “With Republican enthusiasm skyrocketing, voters are ready to turn out for President Donald J. Trump this November.”

She emphasized that Joe Biden is losing in battleground after battleground, and he knows it. She also highlighted that despite Biden’s best attempts to gaslight voters, they know exactly who is to blame for soaring costs.

The poll also revealed that a majority of swing state voters have negative views on the economy, with 51% believing it will worsen by the end of the year.

“Some of the shine of the State of the Union address has worn off,” Matt Monday, senior manager of Morning Consult stated. “People are really tying Bidenomics and their perception of the economy to the inflation rate.”

According to the survey, when swing state voters were asked which president oversaw a better U.S. economy, Trump held a 16-point advantage over Biden.

In the national RealClearPolitics average, as well as in six battleground states, Trump holds a narrow lead of 0.2 points. Biden is ahead by only 0.4 points in Pennsylvania.

The Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll surveyed 4,969 registered voters across the seven swing states between April 8 and April 15, with a margin of error of plus or minus 1%.
