VIDEO: Trump HONORS Fallen Heroes – Biden at BEACH!

(TheProudRepublic.com) – In a striking new demonstration of the difference between Donald Trump and the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris tandem, the Republican presidential candidate paid his respects on the third anniversary of the Kabul bombing while the president began a week-long beach vacation.

Trump’s visit to Arlington Cemetery on Monday included laying wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the graves of thirteen service members who perished during the 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan orchestrated by the Biden administration.

Although President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris released statements commemorating the anniversary, neither had scheduled public appearances to honor those who died, The Daily Caller reports.

In his statement, Biden honored the sacrifice of these service members, describing them as epitomes of patriotism and dedication.

“These 13 Americans—and the many more that were wounded—were patriots in the highest sense. … They embodied the very best of who we are as a nation: brave, committed, selfless,” Biden stated, also listing the names of the fallen soldiers.

He is scheduled to remain in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, until Friday.

Echoing the President, Vice President Harris also issued a statement, paying homage to all troops involved in the Afghanistan conflict.

Gold Star parents have been vocal in their criticism of President Biden’s decision-making and his recognition of the fallen service members.

An internal review released by the administration in April 2023 placed the blame for the flawed withdrawal on Trump, citing his administration’s negotiations with the Taliban and the setting of a withdrawal timeline without providing a comprehensive operational plan to the incoming Biden administration.

Vice President Harris has faced particular scrutiny for her involvement in the withdrawal decision.

The Trump campaign has criticized her for her admitted central role and her demeanor when questioned about the ongoing risks to American citizens in Afghanistan.

“By her own admission, Kamala Harris was a key player in the disastrous withdrawal. She bragged about being the last person in the room for the fateful decision, was ‘front and center’ for the security briefings, and even laughed as a reporter asked her about the American citizens still trapped in Afghanistan,” stated a press release from the campaign.

This release also highlighted the ongoing grief of the families of the fallen, emphasizing that they continue to seek answers three years after the tragedy.

“Now, the families of the fallen — ignored by Harris and Biden — are still waiting for answers, three years after the worst moment of their lives,” the release concluded.
