VIDEO: Kamala’s ‘Reproductive Freedoms Tour’

(TheProudRepublic.com) – The Biden administration is getting desperate ahead of the 2024 election as it has now resorted to dispatching Vice President Kamala Harris on a campaign-style abortionist tour to make the leftist case for “reproductive freedoms” on the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade.

Harris initiated her highly anticipated nationwide tour focused on abortion rights in Wisconsin on Monday.

This event coincided with President Joe Biden’s assembly of his task force dedicated to reproductive healthcare access, The Guardian US writes in a report.

Harris selected the 51st anniversary of the Roe v. Wade ruling to start the Reproductive Freedoms Tour, previously announced in December.

This tour began in Wisconsin, a pivotal state that President Biden narrowly won in the 2020 presidential election by a margin of just over 20,000 votes.

According to abortionists, the landmark Supreme Court ruling Roe v Wade in 1973 established the federal right to abortion.

It was overturned in June 2022 in the Supreme Court ruling named Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

This reversal occurred after former President Donald Trump appointed three conservative justices to the Supreme Court.

However, since this decision, seven states, including traditionally conservative states like Kentucky, Kansas, and Montana, have held referendums in which voters upheld abortion, the report points out.

It argues that Wisconsin, where Harris commenced her tour, is noteworthy as abortion rights significantly influenced a Democratic victory in a vital state supreme court election last year.

During the first of many similar events, Harris is expected to advocate for expanded access to abortion and contraceptives under the new Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA).

She will also criticize former President Donald Trump, the leading candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, for his role in revoking the federally protected right to abortion.

“In America, freedom is not to be given. It is not to be bestowed. It is ours by right — by right — and that includes the freedom to make decisions about one’s own body, not the government telling you what to do!” Harris stated in her first abortionist tour speech.

Harris will also be joined by President Joe Biden and their spouses, Jill Biden and Doug Emhoff, for another event focused on abortion.

Biden’s campaign also launched a new ad on Sunday, titled “Forced,” which directly connects Donald Trump to the abortion issue.
