Trump: ‘She’ll Probably Pay a Price’

Donald Trump

(TheProudRepublic.com) – Suggesting the pop star might “pay a price,” GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump brushed off Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris for the 2024 election.

“I was not a Taylor Swift fan,” Trump commented during an interview on “Fox & Friends.”

“It was just a question of time. She couldn’t possibly endorse Biden…But she’s a very liberal person,” Trump continued.

“She seems to always endorse a Democrat, and she’ll probably pay a price for it in the marketplace,” Trump predicted.

Instead, the Republican leader praised Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who liked an Instagram post from him last month.

Moreover, Swift announced in a post on her Instagram account that she would be voting for Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D), who appreciated the support.

She explained her choice, saying she would vote for Harris “because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.”

The pop singer emphasized that Harris is a steady-handed, gifted leader, and she [Swift] believed Americans can accomplish so much more in this country if it is led by calm and not chaos.

Swift also mentioned that fake images generated by artificial intelligence, which falsely suggested she supported Trump, pushed her to make her endorsement public.

In addition, the superstar ended her message with “Childless Cat Lady,” taking a jab at GOP vice presidential nominee Senator JD Vance’s (R-OH) previous remarks criticizing Harris and other prominent Democrats.

Her endorsement came right after the first debate between Trump and Harris, hosted by ABC News.
