(TheProudRepublic.com) – Drawing a direct connection that’s getting increasingly clear to more and more Americans, former President Donald Trump has blamed a young woman’s murder by an illegal immigrant on President Joe Biden, who has seen more than 10 million migrants invade the nation.
See Trump’s comments in the tweet below!
Trump commented on the killing of 22-year-old Laken Hope Riley, a nursing student at Augusta University, Georgia, whose body was found at the end of last week on the UGA campus after she went for a run.
“Crooked Joe Biden’s Border INVASION is destroying our country and killing our citizens! The horrible murder of 22-year-old Laken Riley at the University of Georgia should have NEVER happened!” the former president wrote in a post on Truth Social.
He pointed out that the 26-year-old illegal immigrant murder suspect had been arrested in New York City for child endangerment but faced no consequences.
“The monster who took her life illegally entered our Country in 2022 … and then was released AGAIN by Radical Democrats in New York after injuring a CHILD!!” Trump added.
“When I am your President, we will immediately Seal the Border, Stop the Invasion, and on Day One, we will begin the largest deportation operation of illegal CRIMINALS in American History! May God Bless Laken Riley and her family!!! Our prayers are with you!” promised the 45th president of the United States.
According to a statement from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) cited by The Daily Caller, the suspect, Jose Antonio Ibarra, a citizen of Venezuela, illegally crossed into the United States through El Paso, Texas, in 2022.
Ibarra was busted on Friday and faces multiple charges, including malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call, and concealing the death of another.
The 26-year-old suspect has a significant criminal history.
Initially detained on September 8, 2022, by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for illegally entering the country, he was “paroled and released for further processing.”
However, Ibarra was subsequently arrested again by the New York Police Department (NYPD) and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child under 17.
NYPD released him before a detainer could be issued, as reported by ICE.
