Pelosi Found Doing What?

What is she thinking?

While Americans struggle with the highest inflation since the 1980s, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi treated herself to time at a ritzy resort in Italy owned by a renowned Italian opera tenor.

The vacation came during her two-week July Fourth Congressional break.

Pelosi and her husband Paul Pelosi were spotted lounging at the Alpemare Beach Club in Forte Dei Marmi, with Pelosi seemingly getting a foot massage while enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

However, a spokesperson noted that Pelosi was at the resort on a day pass and didn’t spend the night, but refused to reveal where Pelosi — the first Italian-American Speaker and a multimillionaire — had stayed overnight.

The cost of the day package isn’t available to the public and is only revealed to guests after a phone consultation.

But a service list of the day pass shows that it includes a shuttle by a private Mercedes Sedan, a four-course meal or tasting menu at the restaurant, which ordinarily starts at about $150, a wine tasting, and entry to the beach club.
Guests can also enjoy day tours and transfer to and from their accommodation, with extra requests costing $50 an hour.

The lavish trip comes as Democrats in Washington struggle to respond to the country’s worsening economic outlook.

In a report published last month, the Labor Department revealed inflation has increased by 8.6 percent, while gas prices have skyrocketed to over $5 per gallon in many states.
