(TheProudRepublic.com) – Likely disappointing her supporters, Nikki Haley, former President Trump’s only remaining competition for the 2024 GOP nomination, has sided with climate crazies who interrupted her campaign event by agreeing with their demands and backing their right to express their opinions.

During a campaign event in New Hampshire for Nikki Haley, the former governor of South Carolina, a group of climate change activists caused a disturbance.
This incident, which occurred on Saturday night, saw several young demonstrators interrupt Haley’s speech in Nashua, New Hampshire, Politico reports, cited by The Daily Caller.
They were carrying placards with messages labeling Haley as a “Climate Criminal,” shouting out corresponding chants.
In response to the disruption, Haley addressed her supporters, advising them not to heckle the activists. The protesters were eventually escorted from the venue.
In her address to the audience, Haley referred to the sacrifices made by military personnel, including her husband, defending the freedom of expression exercised by the protesters.
“My husband and other military men and women sacrifice for us every day for her to be able to do that,” she stated.
Later in the event, Haley expressed a level of understanding towards the concerns of the climate activists, as reported by Politico.
She acknowledged the universal concern for environmental issues, emphasizing the desire for a healthy planet for future generations.
“We’re all worried about the environment, too. We all want clean air. We all want clean water. We all want a world that we can have our kids and our grandkids grow up. That’s not up for debate,” declared the former US ambassador.
“What we need to do is do it in a sensible way. First, call out India and China for the big polluters that they are. They are the ones that have to start cutting our emissions if we ever plan on doing something that’s really going to save the environment,” she elaborated.
In a separate but related event, former President Donald Trump criticized Haley during a rally in New Hampshire.
He suggested that “radical left Democrats” support her because they perceive her as an easy opponent to defeat in elections.
Additionally, a political action committee (PAC) supporting Haley, named Stand For America Fund, has been identified as one of the major financial forces in the 2024 Republican primary.
This PAC reportedly received a significant donation of $250,000 from Reid Hoffman, a Democrat megadonor.
