Can Biden fix this?
In a new poll released by the Trafalgar Group it has been discovered that a majority of Americans believe that President Biden is solely responsible the major divide in America right now.
According to Newsmax, the survey found that 54.2% of Americans polled believe President Biden is responsible for the division in national politics. Furthermore, 39.4% of people polled claimed that he was “very responsible” for the national divide and 14.8% claimed that Biden was ”somewhat responsible.”
It also appears that while 88% of Republicans and 64% of independents believe Biden is in some way responsible for the divide. Surprisingly, a whopping 78.7% of Democrats do not believe Biden is responsible in any way for the division in America.
When Biden was running for the presidency in 2020 he aggressively promise to unify the country that he claimed then-President Donald Trump and the MAGA movement was to blame for.
former adviser to President Bill Clinton, Mark Penn, warned “if Democrats remain on their current course and keep coddling and catering to progressives, they could lose as many as 50 seats and control of the House in the 2022 midterm elections.”
Sadly, it appears that much of the mainstream media, Fox News included, chooses not to touch on a number of Biden-related issues and appears to favor him. What they do not appear to understand however, is that many Americans haven’t dealt with issues such a the supply chain crisis which has happened under President Biden’s watch in their lifetimes and are afraid. Additionally, along with the supply chain issues, President Biden couldn’t successfully defeat the coronavirus pandemic and now an even bigger threat of the Omicron variant looms over America.
All of this tied with rising inflation and record breaking high gas prices have Americans worried about the future and the mainstream media can’t sweep this under the rug for Biden now and they won’t be able to in 2024. Currently President Biden’s Build Back Better plan promises prosperity for Americans but many top economists have their doubts as well. Since Biden has taken office he has fumbled virtually every problem he has tried to tackle, his Build Back Better plan is so expensive that he cannot afford to fumble this one.
