Iran’s Nuclear Threat – ALARMING Update!

(TheProudRepublic.com) – An alarming update from U.S. House Intelligence Committee Chair Representative Mike Turner (R-OH) warned that Iran “might declare themselves a nuclear weapons state by the end of this year.”

Turner blamed the Biden administration for the rapid progress in Iran’s nuclear program, saying it has undone the work former President Donald Trump did to pressure Iran during his time in office.

“Donald Trump, with the maximum pressure campaign on Iran, put the most pressure on Iran that they have had in any administration. Both economically, militarily, they were on the ropes,” Turner told “Face the Nation” moderator Margaret Brennan

He added, “In their processes they had slowed. What we see now with this administration, they might declare themselves a nuclear weapons state by the end of this year, with the news reports have been out stating that there is a possibility.”

According to Iran International, Iran is reportedly advancing its secret nuclear program, moving closer to building atomic bombs.

Three independent sources stated that Iran is pushing forward with its nuclear weapons program by reorganizing the Organization of Defensive Innovation and Research (SPND), keeping Mohammad Eslami as head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, and resuming tests for nuclear bomb detonators.

Moreover, a report stated that the Biden administration reportedly warned Tehran in June about its research and development activities. The article cites concerns from Israeli and U.S. officials about suspicious activities by Iranian scientists.

“Officials fear they could be part of a covert Iranian effort to use the period around the U.S. presidential election to make progress toward nuclear weaponization,” the report read.

As per the White House, U.S. and Israeli officials met in Washington in mid-July to discuss “mutual coordination on a series of measures to ensure that Iran can never acquire a nuclear weapon.”

Following the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran in late July, a Hamas political bureau head in Tehran claimed that Iran’s reliance on regional terrorist proxies for deterrence has lost its effectiveness.

Furthermore, the report suggested that setbacks to its proxies might lead Tehran to consider nuclear weapons as a deterrent, quoting Iranian lawmaker Mohammad-Reza Sabbaghian from an open parliament session on the day President Masoud Pezeshkian presented his ministerial picks.
