In recent proceedings before U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, Clark highlighted considerable income that Hunter Biden made from international trade deals, including over $664,000 from CEFC, an organization connected to Chinese authorities and intelligence.

As Clark reported during the 2017 fiscal year, Biden garnered significant earnings from several ventures: almost $1 million from a firm he established with a Chinese business tycoon from BHR Partners; around $666,666 from local business engagements; and about $664,000 from a Chinese investment corporation, CEFC. These details were outlined in the court transcript acquired by Marco Polo, a non-profit group.

Clark further verified additional financial gains from Hunter Biden’s commercial initiatives, inclusive of a $500,000 director’s fee from his dealings with Burisma Holdings. An executive from this company reportedly admitted to an FBI source that he had provided a $5 million bribe each to Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden. Other income sources cited by Clark were a $70,000 business engagement in Romania and a $48,000 payout from an international law firm.

This information about Hunter Biden’s earnings stands in opposition to President Biden’s insistence that his son had not been financially involved with a Chinese entity. When queried about the significant amount transferred to his family members by a business partner of his son, President Biden denied the allegations.

Moreover, during the 2020 election, he assured voters that neither he nor his son had profited from any dealings with China. Instead, he pointed fingers at his predecessor, Donald Trump, as the one who had financial gains from China.

Meanwhile, James Comer of the House Oversight Committee (R-KY) reported that over a span of years, the Biden family’s businesses accumulated more than $10 million from commercial activities in Romania and China. Such activities appear to be tied to potential influence trading. Additionally, Burisma had transferred $7.3 million to the Biden business over several years, including the time when Joe Biden was serving as Vice President, as disclosed by IRS agent Joseph Ziegler to Congress recently.

Based on Suspicious Activity Reports, it was revealed that Rob Walker, an associate of Biden, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC China Energy Co. As a result, four Biden family members – Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” – collectively benefitted from a share of $1.3 million out of the total transfer.

Currently, the entities responsible for receiving and transferring money to the Biden business are under investigation by the committee. Comer stated earlier this year that the Biden family business has launched over 20 shell companies, raising concerns over hidden transactions and potential money laundering.
