Following President Joe Biden’s tense exchange with reporters asking him about abortion rights and the refusal of his help by Democrats on the campaign trail, Twitter had a field day criticizing the President.

Biden’s curt responses to the press on Thursday (October 20) occurred outside the White House when he was called over by reporters, asking him if there should be “any restrictions on abortion at all?”

Biden responded, “Yes. There should be.”
But lost his cool when the reporter asked the follow-up question: “What should they be?”

During this reply, Biden yelled, “It’s Roe v. Wade. Read it, man! You’ll get educated!”

Taking to Twitter, Greg Price, a political strategist debunked Biden’s assertions the answer would be found in the court’s 1950 Roe v. Wade ruling.

Price tweeted: “Roe v. Wade did not put any restrictions on abortion unless a state limited it and the Democrat bill to ‘codify’ Roe would remove every state pro-life law in America so this senile geezer has no idea what he’s talking about.”

Guy Benson, the political editor at TownHall.com, expressed his eagerness for Biden to answer the second question, tweeting, “The bill he’s pushing goes far beyond ‘codifying’ Roe v Wade. I’m eager for him to explain which restrictions he supports.”

Other conservatives mocked Biden.

“Grandpa got angry and grabbed a reporter,” Tim Young, a conservative columnist, tweeted.

“‘Read it, man’ Biden tells a reporter because apparently he hasn’t read it himself,” Daily Caller contributor, Elizabeth Faddis, tweeted.

Biden’s terse responses to reporters included him interrupting and then chastening a reporter for asking about the lack of Democrats wanting his support on the campaign trail.

She started: “John Fetterman’s going to appear with you today in Pennsylvania, but there haven’t been that many candidates campaigning with you. Why are more…” before Biden interrupted, saying, “That’s not true. There have been 15!”

He then urged the reporter to “Count, kid! Count!” before walking away.
