(TheProudRepublic.com) – BREAKING NEWS: President Trump is once again at the center of a fierce battle as he wants radical left lunatic U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to be impeached for blocking his crucial deportation plan for Venezuelan gang members.
The judge’s ruling threatens America’s safety by preventing the removal of dangerous criminals who entered the country illegally.
Trump’s administration is fighting back against this judicial overreach that undermines the executive power to protect American citizens.
This week, President Trump took to Truth Social to condemn Boasberg for blocking the deportation of suspected Venezuelan gang members.
Trump did not mince words when referring to Boasberg:
“This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President – He didn’t WIN the popular VOTE (by a lot!), he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, he didn’t WIN 2,750 to 525 Counties, HE DIDN’T WIN ANYTHING! I WON FOR MANY REASONS, IN AN OVERWHELMING MANDATE, BUT FIGHTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION MAY HAVE BEEN THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR THIS HISTORIC VICTORY.”
The President emphasized that he was elected with a mandate to tackle illegal immigration, while Boasberg has no such authority from the American people.
The Trump administration had been using the wartime Alien Enemies Act to swiftly deport Venezuelan aliens suspected of ties to the notorious Tren de Aragua gang.
This strategy was implemented as part of Trump’s aggressive approach to immigration enforcement, which was a cornerstone of his successful re-election campaign.
Before Boasberg’s order, the administration had already deported over 260 migrants, sending a clear message that criminal aliens have no place in America.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt defended the President’s position, stating, “you cannot have a low-level district court judge filing an injunction to usurp the executive authority of the president of the United States.”
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has requested an appeals court to remove Boasberg from the case and vacate his orders, arguing that he lacks jurisdiction as presidential actions on immigration are not subject to judicial review.
The DOJ also disputes Boasberg’s authority to demand information about the deportation flights, citing national security concerns.
This legal counteroffensive shows the administration’s determination to protect Americans from illegal criminals.
Robert L. Cerna, an ICE official, made it clear why these deportations are necessary, even for those without American criminal records:
“The lack of a criminal record does not indicate they pose a limited threat. In fact, based upon their association with TdA, the lack of specific information about each individual actually highlights the risk they pose. It demonstrates that they are terrorists with regard to whom we lack a complete profile.”
Meanwhile, support for Trump’s position is growing. Elon Musk has joined the call for Boasberg’s impeachment, backing Representative Brandon Gill’s intention to file articles of impeachment against the judge.
While federal judges can be impeached by a majority vote in the House and removed by a two-thirds vote in the Senate, the current partisan split in the Senate makes removal unlikely despite the judge’s clear overreach.
The administration took action to house 300 deportees in El Salvador for a year at a cost of $6 million, demonstrating Trump’s commitment to finding workable solutions for removing dangerous illegal aliens from American soil.
As President Trump continues to fulfill his campaign promises on immigration, patriots across America are standing with him against activist judges who put politics above national security.
The battle over these deportations represents the larger struggle to restore America’s sovereignty and protect its citizens from the dangerous consequences of open borders.
