Biden’s Speech Ripped

(TheProudRepublic.com) – Conservatives ripped into Joe Biden on social media for not mentioning Iran, a state sponsor of Hamas, during his address to the nation in response to the Hamas attack on Israel.

Although Biden reiterated U.S. support for Israel’s defense and preparations for a ground invasion of Gaza following the recent violence, failure to address a state sponsor of terrorism only showcases his complete lack of effective leadership.

The Republican National Committee’s X account posted, “Biden spoke for 10 minutes and 12 seconds, then turned his back and shuffled away. He did not even mention Iran.”

Fox News contributor Joe Concha expressed frustration, saying, “14 Americans are dead. An unknown number have been taken hostage. President Biden just spoke for 11 minutes before quickly walking away without taking any questions. No mention of Iran whatsoever. Utterly irresponsible and weak on both fronts.”

Republican Senator Roger Marshall criticized Biden’s late arrival and lack of strategy, posting, “After a weekend of BBQs & ½ days, Joe Biden has ZERO answers. Shows up over an hour late to his Address to the nation, Confirms 14 Americans are dead & more Americans are being held hostage, Gives ZERO strategy to save them, Makes no mention of Iran, Takes NO questions.”

Former speechwriter for President George W. Bush and Fox News contributor Marc Thiessen noted, “Biden gives a speech on the attack on Israel and does not even mention Iran!”

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich criticized Biden’s response, saying, “No mention of Iran in Biden’s remarks and restrained verbal response to the murder of Americans. Weak.”

Others on social media, including Kayleigh McEnany, Rich Sementa, and various commentators, also pointed out the absence of any mention of Iran in Biden’s speech.

The Wall Street Journal previously reported that Iranian security officials had approved Hamas’ attack plan during a meeting in Beirut.
