AOC Whines and Blames THIS?!

(TheProudRepublic.com) – After the Democrat Party suffered a resounding defeat, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) started whining and blaming Kamala Harris’ election loss on the typical liberal talking points.

In a recent broadcast, Ocasio-Cortez resorted to playing the race and gender cards to explain away Harris’ electoral defeat.

Instead of acknowledging the American people’s discontent with the current administration’s policies, Ocasio-Cortez chose to blame “systemic biases” and voter prejudice.

Ocasio-Cortez’s comments reveal the left’s ongoing strategy of divisive identity politics.

She claimed, “Misogyny is very very real in this country” and suggested that if Harris were a man, the election results might have been different.

“If Kamala Harris was Tom Harris, we may have a different result today. I don’t know. And so it is impossible to try to engage again in a sectarianism of explanation,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “These are all factors that I think is important for us to keep in mind at once.”

Ocasio-Cortez continued:

“I think it’s important to also state here that Kamala Harris was given an assignment that no other person in American history was given: To construct a presidential campaign in 90 to 100 days with absolutely no expectation or end to that assignment and have to deliver the country from an enormous fascist threat that had already been campaigning and priming the pump for essentially eight years.”

However, Ocasio-Cortez could not foresee that the American people chose to reject the Biden-Harris administration’s failed policies, which caused economic hardship, open borders and a weakened position on the global stage.

It is worth noting that other Democratic figures have joined AOC in pushing this narrative. Former Obama adviser David Axelrod claimed that racism and sexism impacted the election outcome.

Meanwhile, Republicans argue that Harris’ defeat was due to her own shortcomings as a candidate and the failures of the administration she represents.

From the border crisis to inflation and foreign policy blunders, the American people had plenty of legitimate reasons to vote against keeping the current leadership onboard.
