AG Bondi SLAMS Judges – They’re HELPING Illegals!

Sparking outrage and a fierce reaction from Attorney General Pam Bondi, who slammed them unprecedently, two judges are accused of defying the law to protect illegal aliens.

See the tweet below.

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan faces serious charges after hiding a criminal illegal alien in her jury room to prevent arrest by ICE agents.

The arrests signal the Trump administration’s firm commitment to prosecuting anyone who interferes with immigration enforcement, regardless of their position or power.

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrest of Judge Dugan, who the FBI detained for allegedly obstructing justice by helping Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a previously deported Mexican illegal, evade immigration authorities.

Flores-Ruiz was facing misdemeanor battery charges related to domestic violence when Judge Dugan reportedly escorted him and his attorney through a restricted jury door to avoid ICE agents waiting in the public area.

FBI Director Kash Patel stated that Dugan’s actions “intentionally misdirected” immigration agents, creating a dangerous situation.

“Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public,” Patel explained.

Dugan now faces charges of obstruction of an official proceeding and concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest, which could result in up to six years in prison.

The incident occurred in her courtroom. She reportedly became angry upon learning of the agents’ presence and instructed them to report to the chief judge’s office before helping Flores-Ruiz escape.

In a separate case, former New Mexico Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife were arrested for evidence tampering and harboring an illegal immigrant with suspected ties to a Venezuelan gang.

“No one’s above the laws in this country,” Bondi said.

She added:

“I think some of these judges think they are beyond and above the law and they are not, and we’re sending a very strong message today. If you are harboring a fugitive, we don’t care who you are. If you’re helping hide one, if you are giving a TDA member guns, anyone who is illegally in this country, we will come after you and we will prosecute you. We will find you.”

The arrests have predictably sparked partisan reactions. Democrat officials have criticized the arrests as politically motivated attacks on the judicial system.

At the same time, Republicans emphasized that no one is above the law and that cooperation with law enforcement is essential, especially in cases involving illegal aliens with criminal backgrounds.

Dugan, who was first elected as a judge in 2016 and re-elected in 2022 with endorsements from Milwaukee’s Democrat mayor, is now experiencing the consequences of allegedly placing her personal agenda above the law.

The case bears similarities to a 2019 incident where a Massachusetts judge was charged with obstruction for a similar situation, though those charges were later dropped.

The Trump administration has consistently underscored its commitment to enforcing immigration laws, which includes holding accountable anyone who interferes with that enforcement, regardless of their position.

Ultimately, this recent wave of arrests demonstrates that judges who believe they can use their authority to circumvent immigration laws will face serious legal consequences.

The judicial system must resist political overreach while ensuring judges adhere to their duty to uphold and enforce U.S. laws.

As the situation unfolds, further updates are anticipated, leaving concerned citizens vigilant for justice and truth in America’s legal system.
